Quarantine Will Postpone Next Football Game For Allentown Central Catholic

Members of the Allentown Central Catholic High School football team are quarantining because two adults who were in close proximity to the team reported positive tests for COVID-19.

No students at the school and no faculty members have tested positive for the virus. The school remains open as normal.

The school has notified the Pennsylvania Department of Health.

The quarantine means that the next football game, scheduled for Monday against Parkland, will not be played at this time.

Members of the football team continue with their studies at Central Catholic via virtual learning technology.
