Late Night Lent Returns With Sunday Night Conversations on the Diocese Facebook and YouTube Channels

Late Night Lent – a popular video series presented by the Diocese each year – has returned with a series of conversations with lay leaders of various ministries in the Diocese.

Tune in to the diocesan Facebook and YouTube pages each Sunday at 8 p.m. as Maggie Riggins, Executive Director for Evangelization and Formation, conducts the following interviews:

The first installment aired Sunday, 2/26. It was: Focus on the Young Adult Commission – John Pellosie, Commission Vice Chair, and Rob Johnson, diocesan Director of Evangelization and Formation.

Others planned for the series are:

Sunday, 3/5 – Focus on St. Monica Ministry – Celeste Behe, coordinator of the ministry for people who have family members who have left the Church.

Sunday, 3/12 – Focus on Commission for Women – Kathy Nevel, Commission Chair, and Kristin Osenbach, Director of Evangelization and Formation.

Sunday, 3/19 – Focus on Commission for Men – Mike Barski, Commission Chair.

Sunday, 3/26 – Focus on Hispanic Ministry – Ana Hidalgo, Bishop’s Delegate to the Hispanic Community.

“Late Night Lent will be a great way for people to learn more about the spiritual and formational opportunities we have in the Diocese of Allentown,” said Riggins. “This is especially important during Lent, when people naturally focus more on their faith life. “There are so many good things going on in our Diocese,” Riggins said, “and I hope everyone will join us to find out about them.”
